- Please use our Availability Chart to check the availability of La Grange.
- To make a provisional booking, please contact us by e-mail using the Availability Enquiry Form below or by telephone on: (00 33) (0)5 63 94 12 50 or by fax on (00 33) (0)5 63 94 11 82.
- We shall send you a letter to confirm the provisional booking, along with a copy of our Booking Form (alternatively you can click on the link above to download a PDF version of the Booking Form).
- To confirm your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rent with a signed Booking Form.
- The balance of the rent must be paid in full 6 weeks before the commencement of your stay, together with a caution which is equal to 25% of the total rental (the caution will be returned to you at the end of the rental period less any expenses are incurred, such as telephone calls or damages).
- The deposit, balance and caution should be paid by transfer to our bank in Euros - please see our "Terms & Conditions" for full details. (N.B. all bank and transfer charges are at the tenant’s expense.)

Rental
The rental should be paid to us in full at least 6 weeks before the date of commencement of the letting period. |
| | Deposit
A deposit of 25% of the rental must be paid at the time of booking. This is then held as a caution deposit which will be returned at the end of the let less any charges for telephone calls and the cost of any breakages or damage. Payments should be made by transfer to our bank in Euros. The account details are:

| | Arrival and departure times
In order to allow us sufficient time to clean the house between tenancies your tenancy commences at 4:00 pm on the first day of the tenancy. For the same reason we ask tenants to vacate and hand over the house to us by 10:00 am on the final day of the tenancy. |
| | Warning and disclaimer of responsibility
Borde Basse is an old farmhouse and there are low ceilings and exposed beams indoors on which you may bang your head. Outdoors there is a pond and a swimming pool which could constitute a danger to unwary or adventurous children. We must stress that these and similar possibilities of accident and misadventure are at the tenants’ risk and that we can take no responsibility for any damages that may occur from failure to exercise due care and attention in the supervision of children or in the use of the property. |
